Personality: Quiet mostly and feels as if there is nothing for him. He seemingly has no feelings when in reality he feels confused because he doesn't know about feelings. Growing up in the Karnac they told him not to feel fear, doubt or pain. He still felt them. Its just that feelings like love he would be confused over.

karasu was born and raised in sunagakure. passing through the academy he joined the ranks of the shinobi. being a mere genin he was assigned to a four man team, him plus two genin and a jounin.

genin
the two genin were polar opposites. one was a girl, slightly younger than karasu who had white hair and an overly shy personality. the other was a guy who had spiky red hair and an attitude to match, he would constantly be attacking the girl mentally.

after a while karasu got fed up with how the boy treated his female teammate. so, one day he walked up to him and without a word, punched him in the face. karasu broke the punk's nose. as he walked away from the cringing boy the girl grabbed him and hugged him. then realizing the error of what she had done she backed away, her pointer fingers tapping together in a way that suggested she was lost in what to do next.

a month later the chuunin exams popped up. karasu's entire team was nominated. all three passed the first test, the second test was a little harder though. finally the third test rolled around. all three of them made it to the final round, not being pitted against each other though only karasu and the girl passed. the boy was struck in the temporal lobe and suffered a massive seizure. he died soon afterwards.

chuunin
as a chuunin he still had to be under a jounin in a team but the fact of the matter was that he was still with the shy girl and his original jounin leader. their names: sensei | asura , girl | rin. asura and rin were some of the only friends karasu had in sunagakure. rin seemed to have a thing for him.

shortly after the chuunin exams the dead boy's funeral was carried out. karasu did not attend. soon afterwards the dead boy's place in the team was filled by another girl named kaeda. she had a spunky sort of attitude.

after many a mission of which they could never have done as genin the jounin exams rolled around. one single test was laid before them, get to the other side of the desert and back again. sounded easy enough, but the fact of the matter was that they were racing several other teams. as it were only one member had to make it back. so when the race started karasu ran behind a boulder and jumped into the ground using a doton jutsu. he flew towards the checkpoint, far outstripping his opponents. when he got to the checkpoint he took his teams marker and started running back.

all three of them became jounin.

jounin | anbu
karasu became a team leader shortly after the exams. he almost never saw rin after the exams. after several life or death situations he decided to be a stay in village teacher. but this wasn't taken lightly, he was promoted to anbu which required him staying in the village at almost all times to protect the kazekage.

one day he was protecting the kazekage and the sannin of the village were in attendance. lunch was served, karasu was the only anbu in the village at the time. one of the cooks didn't like the management and had decided to poison the food. karasu was the only one who didn't eat the food. to be frank everyone died, except him.
